City Records Request To: The Clerk of the CIty of Oakland From: Knowland Park Coalition Re: 2005 Management agreement between the City and the East Bay Zoological Society Pursuant to the above agreement, EBZS is required to furnish the City with certain records, as outlined in the agreement, and cited below. Pursuant to Freedom of Information and Sunshine Acts, the Knowland Park Coalition requests copies of these records. Section 8: Payroll tax reports, sales tax reports, income tax reports, hazardous materials reports, and other reports files with federal, state, and local government. Section 10: A capital improvement budget, spending plan, actual expenses, and schedule describing its projected development for the current budget year and for the next two (2) following years. Section 13c: A written inventory of all animals. Section 15: Reports of expenditures from the proceeds of City funds, Loan funds from City administered programs and grants from programs administered by the City. Section 16: Inventory of all tangible property transferred to the custody of, acquired by, and disposed of, by the EBZS. Section 19: The Nonprofit Corporation's Articles of Incorporation and all currently approved Bylaws, and any Constitution and Amendments. Section 20: Details on all insurance carried by the Zoo and the East Bay Zoological Society. Section 23g: A list of the name, address, hire date, occupation classification, rate of pay and benefit for each of its employees. Section 27: Minutes of the meetings of the EBZS Board of Directors. In a phone conversation some weeks ago, we were directed to send all such request to your office, for distribution to the responsible City organizations. If that is no longer correct, please notify us who the requests should be directed to. If it is, please notify us when these records will be ready to be picked up.
